What You’ll Do

Sales: Help prospects turn into new recurring clients.

Be the friendly first point of contact—answer phones, respond to emails, and assist clients with top-notch service.

Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments to keep our team’s calendars running like clockwork.

Handle data entry, invoicing, & reporting.

Support the leadership team with administrative projects that keep the business growing.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.

What We’re Looking For

Previous office/admin experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in home services, hospitality, or reception).

Comfortable with tech: Googles Docs + Google Sheets are musts.

Highly organized and detail-oriented—you like checklists and finishing what you start.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
